These Reservation Terms and Guest Guidelines are issued by Lakowe Lakes Hospitality Limited and govern the accommodation and facilities it provides. LakoweLakesLiving by House of Iredia, LTD facilitates the booking process but does not own or operate the accommodation or facilities. Use of the LakoweLakesLiving website and booking-support service is governed separately by the LakoweLakesLiving Terms of Service, and personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Booking payment clarification: Sections 1.1, 2.1, and 2.2 reflect the payment arrangement agreed for bookings facilitated through LakoweLakesLiving: customers arrange their own bank deposit or transfer, a verified minimum 50% deposit confirms the booking, and the remaining balance is due no later than check-in unless the booking documents state an earlier deadline.

1. Reservations

1.1 Confirmation

A minimum deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit must be received and verified within 48 hours of the payment request, otherwise the reservation may be cancelled automatically. Once the minimum 50% deposit has been received and verified, the booking is confirmed.

1.2 Guest information

Accurate guest details, including full names and valid contact information, must be provided at the time of booking.

1.3 Minimum stay

A minimum stay of three (3) nights is required during peak periods from 15 December to 10 January. Full Board includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

2. Payments

2.1 Remaining balance

The remaining balance may be paid at any time before arrival or on the day of check-in, unless an earlier payment deadline is stated in the booking's quote, invoice, or confirmation.

2.2 Payment methods

Payments for bookings facilitated through LakoweLakesLiving are made by customer-arranged bank deposit or bank transfer using the instructions provided with the quote or invoice.

2.3 Currency

All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations and amendments

3.1 Cancellation policy

• Penalty-free period: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the arrival date are penalty-free, and deposits will be refunded in full.
• Less than 48 hours before arrival: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

3.2 Amendments

Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Check-in and check-out

4.1 Check-in time

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may attract additional fees.

4.2 Check-out time

Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.

4.3 Identification

All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID or an international passport at check-in.

5. No-show policy

Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any deposits or payments made.

6. Guest conduct

Guests are expected to maintain proper conduct and show respect to the property, staff, and other guests.

Lakowe Lakes Hospitality Limited reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests engaging in disruptive or unlawful behaviour.

7. Property use

Guests are liable for any damage caused to property during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

8. Force majeure

Lakowe Lakes Hospitality Limited is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, or emergencies that affect reservations or services.

9. Liability

The property is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

10. Special requests

Special requests, such as dietary requirements and room preferences, should be communicated at the time of booking. While Lakowe Lakes Hospitality Limited will do its best to accommodate them, special requests are not guaranteed.

11. Modifications

Lakowe Lakes Hospitality Limited reserves the right to modify these reservation terms without prior notice.

By confirming your reservation and making a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these Reservation Terms and Guest Guidelines.

Guest and Facility Guidelines

12. General guest policies

• Guests are required to dress appropriately in all public areas. Revealing attire is not permitted outside the Cottages or Apartments. Bikinis are only allowed at the Revivo Sport Center.
• Each room has a maximum occupancy of two guests, which must not be exceeded.
• To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, large gatherings, excessive noise, or loud music are not permitted in the Cottages or Apartments.
• The Bonfire Experience concludes at 11:00 p.m., and all music must stop by this time to respect other guests and the residential estate.
• Pets are not allowed in the Cottages or Apartments.
• Bathrobes may only be worn within the Cottages and are not permitted in corporate areas or the Restaurant.
• Gambling, contraband, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated terrace areas. A caution fee of N120,000 will be charged for smoking inside any rooms.
• Vehicles without a complete set of license plates or a valid dealer license number will not be granted access to the property.
• Lakowe Lakes Hospitality Limited is not responsible for weather-related disruptions to outdoor activities. Refunds will not be provided, but guests may receive a rescheduling voucher, subject to the applicable reservation terms.
• Any loss or damage to property will be deducted from the guest's refundable deposit.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Lakowe Lakes Hospitality Limited is not liable for any personal losses during their stay.

13. Revivo Sport Center rules

13.1 General rules

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
• Operating hours: 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.
• Swimming pool and tennis court hours: 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Sunday.

13.2 Swimming pool rules

• Guests must shower before entering the pool.
• Please bring your own towels, swim caps, and goggles.
• Diving is strictly prohibited.
• Proper swimwear is required; boxers, shorts, and underwear are not allowed.
• Avoid swimming under the influence of alcohol or immediately after eating.
• Urinating in the pool is strictly prohibited.
• Drinking is not allowed in the pool area.
• Guests with long hair or hair extensions must wear a swimming cap.
• If unwell, please refrain from using the pool.
• Running on the pool deck is not allowed.
• Glass containers, including bottles and cups, are not permitted in or around the pool.
• Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers.
• Children must be supervised by a guardian at all times.
• A lifeguard is available for assistance.

13.3 Pool bar etiquette

• Changing outfits at the bar is not permitted.
• Sitting topless at the bar is prohibited.
• Please refrain from placing clothes, towels, or personal items on the bar table.

13.4 Lawn tennis court rules

• Proper tennis attire or sportswear is required.
• Playing barefoot is not allowed.
• Food is not permitted on the court.

14. Facility disclaimer

• Use of the Revivo Sport Center and its facilities is strictly at your own risk.
• The owners, managers, operators, representatives, and employees assume no liability for injury, loss, or death resulting from the use of the facilities.
• By paying a deposit, you acknowledge and accept these Reservation Terms and Guest Guidelines. Proceeding with your booking confirms that you have read and agreed to abide by these rules.
• Violation of any policies will result in the forfeiture of the refundable deposit.
